Tough

This is a tough one. I think RMS probably has the most anger and would therefore use that to his advantage. But the Woz looks like he could take a beating and remain standing, not unlike Homer Simpson.

I had never seen what Larry Wall looked like, so I looked him up. He's definitely not winning this battle.

(Obviously I'm assuming a physical fight and not an intellectual one.)

Nah, Stallman would start ranting about how he was going to beat your ass, and then eight years later, Linus would do it for him.

I wouldn't count out Larry Wall, though. That picture you saw was probably just stock Wall, without the Whoop::Ass or Bitch::Slap modules installed.

I probably have some serious problems, because I am very unfamiliar with the combat prowess of these individuals... I can deal with "who'd win, Batman or Venom?" (duh Batman) or "who'd win, Sam Fisher or Solid Snake?" (I don't care I hope they both die) but these guys... no idea. Couldn't there have been an "easy way out" option for those of us who don't follow IT cage fighting, like "Russel Crowe" or something?
